The Lovers Lounge Digital Bundle is a custom, personalized digital product created specifically for each customer by Heartfelt Studio Productions. Because of the personalized and digital nature of this product, our refund policy differs from standard physical product return policies.

Digital Product Policy

The Lovers Lounge Digital Bundle — which includes a personalized video keepsake and a digital portrait — is:

  • Custom-made specifically for you based on the personalization information you provide.
  • Digitally delivered — there is no physical product to return.
  • Non-transferable and licensed for your personal use only.
  • Immediately consumed upon delivery, as digital content cannot be "un-viewed."

Because production begins shortly after order confirmation, and because the product is uniquely personalized for you, all sales are generally final once production has commenced. However, we will always work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate quality issues.

Situations Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or free replacement in the following situations:

1. Technical Defects
